THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said Permanent Transfer of Legal and Physical Custody be heard by the Court at the Washington County Government Center, 15015 62nd Street North, Stillwater, MN, on February 2, 2021 at 1:50 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, and on any subsequent hearing dates set on this matter.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice hereof be given to the mother of said children, by publication in the County Messenger, a legal newspaper, for three weeks as provided by law and by mailing a copy of such notice by certified mail to the natural mother’s last known address of 4160 Gershwin Ave. N. ATTENTION
1. A Transfer of Permanent Legal and Physical Custody Petition has been filed on November 16, 2020, in the State of Minnesota, County of Washington, District Court, Juvenile Court Division, 14949 62nd St N, Stillwater, MN 55082, alleging among other things that the custodial rights of Christina Lutz as to the child/ren with the date of birth of February 23, 2009 and March 21, 2013, should be transferred to Cody Aaron Phetteplace upon grounds as stated in the petition, and asking for an order of this Court transferring such custodial rights.
2. THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the matter of said Transfer of Permanent Legal and Physical Custody Petition will be called for hearing before the Washington County District Court, Juvenile Court Division, 14949 62nd St N, Stillwater, MN, on February 2, 2021 at 1:50 pm or as soon after as the matter can be heard.
3. YOU ARE THEREFORE ORDERED to appear before said Court at said time and date.
4. You have a right to be represented by counsel.
5. IF YOU FAIL TO APPEAR AT THE HEARING, the Court may still conduct the hearing in your absence and grant appropriate relief, including transferring permanent legal and physical custody of the above-named child/ren with the date of birth of February 23, 2009 and March 21, 2013.

- Resolution No. 2020-146, that replaces Resolution 2020-037, establishing County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 12 designation on Wildwood Road (Old Trunk Highway 244) from Trunk Highway (TH) 120 (Century Ave) to CSAH 12 (CSAH 12/Stillwater Blvd) in the cities of White Bear Lake and Mahtomedi.
-Change Order No. 5 in the amount of $148,636 with S.M. Hentges & Sons Inc. for the Lake Elmo Park Reserve Improvement Project (#PARK-3008).

- Resolution No. 2020-150, to sell 2.42 acres within Big Marine Park Reserve to the Disabled Veterans Rest Camp Association Inc.
- Change Order No. 10 to Contract No. 13227 with Meyer Contracting Inc. in the amount of $120,000 for early completion incentives on CSAH 19 and Local Roads Improvement Project (#RB-2601).
- Resolution No. 2020-151, authorizing the county engineer to submit a request to the Commissioner of the MN Department of Transportation to perform speed studies at the following locations: CSAH 18/20 (Bailey Rd) from US 10/61 on the boundary of the cities of St. Paul and Newport to Pioneer Dr. in the City of Woodbury; CSAH 19 from CSAH 16 in the City of Woodbury to CSAH 10 in the City of Lake Elmo; County Road 38 (Maxwell Avenue) from Interstate 494 to US 10/61 on the boundary of the cities of St. Paul and Newport.
