Once again the smell and sound of money has won out.

The ice castle in downtown Stillwater is a waste of our precious water. 16.5 million gallons, while free water flows past the site.

In this modern technological world there should be a way to use the river for the ice castle.

I worked for many years in downtown Stillwater and realize business is important to its survival. But not at the price of our precious water.

I’m sure there is some way to solve this situation. Anything but the waste of our water.

Sincerely,

Shirley Tibbetts

Stillwater
