All programs, events, classes, and storytimes at Washington County Library branches are cancelled through April 15.

This decision is  based on direction from the Department of Health, which recommends postponing or cancelling events of more than 250 people, and smaller events held in venues that do not allow “social distancing” of 6 feet per person. Measures like this are designed to help slow the rate of transmission of COVID-19.

At this time, all Washington County Library branches are open with normal hours. Associate libraries in Stillwater and Bayport may have different hours and cancellation policies. As the situation surrounding COVID-19 evolves, we will follow directions from state and local health officials if further action is needed.
